 Zhejiang Haisheng Jinhuan Machine Co., Ltd. (“Jinhuan” for short) was founded in 2005, and is located in the scenic Dongcheng Industrial Zone of Suichang County. Jinhuan produces and forges flanges, stainless steel flanges, pressure vessel flange forgings and rings, carbon steel flanges, pressure vessel flanges, sterilization pot flanges, tube sheets, slewing bearing rings, sleeve joint gear, gear shaft forging stocks, etc. (Maximum Diameter: φ3500mm) 
Jinhuan now boasts floor space of 24,000 square meters, a plant area of 8,600 square meters, CNC ring rolling machine, large forging equipment, machinery processing equipment, detection equipment, 2 engineers, 4 assistant engineers, 7 professional technicians and 82 employees.　our products include welded flange, neck flange, welding neck flange, loose flange, convex flange, and flange cover (Specifications: DN10～DN3000; Nominal Pressure: PN0.25mpa～PN32mpa). Our raw materials involve Q235, 20#, 16Mn, 304, 321, 304L, 316, 316L, etc. There are steel impression marks of material quality, standard code, specifications and pressure, as well as a Quality Warranty and Certificate of Approval for each piece of flange. Our executive standards include JB/T74~86 and JB4700~JB4707-2000 standards for the Ministry of Machinery, HG20592～20626-1997 standard for the Ministry of Chemical Industry, national standard GB/T9112～9124-2000, American standard ANSI B16.5, German standard DIN, and Japanese standard JIS. For flanges of special specifications, we can provide customization services according to your samples or drawings.
